Perfect for beginners. Class is mostly designed around the barre, focusing on basic classical technique, posture and poise. Enjoy a casual class atmosphere, gentle strengthening exercises and excellent music. Suggested attire: leggings, tshirt or singlet, socks or ballet flats. Classes must be booked in advance. Bookings are accepted until 6 hours before start time. You may not cancel or reschedule a class within 6 hours of start time. Failure to cancel and no shows will forfeit their class credit.
