Service Description

Pole dance is a fun, dynamic and challenging way to increase your fitness, improve your coordination and boost your confidence. This class is the perfect opportunity to try a couple of things, ask loads of questions and see if a beginners course might be for you. Wear shorts and a singlet/tshirt - you need arm and leg skin for grip on the pole. Bear feet or gym shoes. Try to avoid moisturising your legs on the day of class. Classes must be booked in advance. Bookings are accepted until 6 hours before start time. You may not cancel or reschedule a class within 6 hours of start time. Failure to cancel and no shows will forfeit their class credit.
