Trillian will take you through a thorough warm up and a bunch of techniques to isolate your hip movements to achieve the ultimate jiggle and hypnotizing booty work. Clothing needs to comfy, with some stretch. Loose fitting is preferable to tight leggings for example - for optimal shake, the cheeks need to be free. Tiny hot pants, brasil cuts or g-strings are ideal. Classes must be booked in advance. Bookings are accepted until 3 hours before start time. You may not cancel or reschedule a class within 3 hours of start time. Failure to cancel and no shows will forfeit their class credit.
