Pole Flow Combos

Service Description

Come and learn some classic pole low flow sequences. Perfect for helping you to build your own flow routine or fill those spaces between your up the pole combos. Heels and kneepads encouraged but not required. Classes must be booked in advance. Bookings are accepted until 3 hours before start time. You may not cancel or reschedule a class within 3 hours of start time. Failure to cancel and no shows will forfeit their class credit.
