Spin (North) Pole Tricks

I'm spinning around, move out of my way! A vast majority of the technique we learn here at Corps is static pole. It's quite the trick to reverse everything you've ever learned but good grief it's fun! Spin pole employs almost entirely opposing techniques and gives your tricks a whole new dynamic. Your instructor will take you through the basics of learning to wield a spin pole with or without heels as you prefer. Suitable for beginners to advanced. Classes must be booked in advance. Bookings are accepted until 6 hours before start time. You may not cancel or reschedule a class within 6 hours of start time. Failure to cancel and no shows will forfeit their class credit.
