Service Description

Exactly what the title suggests. This class focuses on conditioning, mobility and active flexibility exercises to assist with your bendy flexy goals. There are no prerequisites for this class, all levels welcome. Bring your own yoga mat, straps and blocks if you have them - limited amount supplied. Classes must be booked in advance. Bookings are accepted until 3 hours before start time. You may not cancel or reschedule a class within 3 hours of start time. Failure to cancel and no shows will forfeit their class credit.
