Hire our beautiful space! We have two bright and spacious rooms available with floating dance floor, mirrors and high roof clearance. Ample parking is available on the street. There are two dressing rooms, a bathroom and kitchenette on site as well. Don't see the date/time you prefer? Get in touch to discuss Studio One - Dance studio 85.5sqm of dance floor, 7 mirrors along one wall, large bluetooth/aux speaker with remote. Studio Two - Pole studio 68sqm of dance floor, five 45ml chrome X-Stage Lite poles. Rates (ex GST) – $20 per hour (existing Corps students only) $35 per hour per studio $150 per day per studio (up to 8 hours) Conditions: Corps de Burlesque activities take precedence in the use of the studio and BSD Ltd has the right to decline hire requests. Ongoing bookings must be confirmed in writing with BSD a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to avoid any conflict with class schedule. IMPORTANT: All communication must be via info@balletschooldropouts.com Any damage to property is the responsibility of the hirer and must be reported to BSD as soon as possible. Premises to be left in the condition hired. Floors vacuumed and mopped (where necessary), mirrors cleaned, rubbish emptied, dishes done etc.
